PRODUCTION PROCESSES
PICKLING AND FINISHING
Surface treatments serve to clean the surface of the material and to lubricate it to ensure its workability. We are equipped with two lines (one automatic and one manual) capable of carrying out: chemical or mechanical pickling (with roll sandblasters available), phosphating, polymer lubrication, soap and lime.
ANNEALING
The heat treatments serve to homogenize the raw rolling structures and improve their deformability. Our automatic annealing systems work in a continuous cycle and consist of 15 furnaces and 30 bases.
DRAWING AND PEELING
We are equipped with 15 production lines including 12 for drawing rolls (with a range of diameters from 2 to 36 mm) and 3 for peeling roll (with a range of diameters from 7 to 42 mm). The machines are constantly monitored by the operators to ensure the highest possible quality.
