HEAT TREATMENTS
Heat treatments are aimed at homogenizing rolling structures and improving the deformability of the material.
The automated annealing plants operate on a continuous cycle and include furnaces for spheroidizing annealing, with high quality standards also guaranteed by the integration of Ebner technology.
The annual production capacity is approximately 30,000 tons.
WIRE DRAWING
Wire drawing allows for the controlled reduction of the diameter and the improvement of the material’s mechanical characteristics.
The coil-to-coil lines operate on diameters from 2.00 mm to 36.00 mm, ensuring dimensional precision, reliability, and production continuity.
PEELING
Peeling allows for the removal of the surface layer of the material, ensuring dimensional precision and surface quality.
The coil-to-coil peeling lines operate on diameters from 7.00 mm to 20.40 mm, ensuring treatment uniformity and production continuity.
COVERED
WAREHOUSE
The covered warehouse for raw materials guarantees protection from atmospheric agents and controlled storage conditions, ensuring optimal preservation of materials.
