Trafilerie San Paolo announces that Acciaierie Venete, one of Europe’s leading producers of special steels, has signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the Company.

The completion of the transaction is subject to the necessary approvals from the Italian Competition Authority (Antitrust).
